H263 codec for TI C6x platform

This codec supports H263 baseline (additional annexes can be implemented if clients require). Both encoder and decoder are XDAIS compliant for TI C6x (e.g. 62xx,67xx and 64xx). They are built as an XDAIS algorithm module, ready to link into your program.

Target platform: C62x,C67x,C64x
Program memory: 14KB
Data memory: depend on image size
Typical performance: 30-35ms to encode a CIF frame bitrate 128Kbps to 512Kbps on C6711@150MHz
Input: YUV420 format

H263 Decoder

Target platform: C62x,C67x,C64x
Program memory: 9.5KB
Data memory: depend on image size
Typical performance: 10-20 ms to decode a CIF frame bitrate 128Kbps to 512Kbps on C6711@150MHz.
Output: YUV420 format

We also have a reference code built for TI XD3D program and a demo running on IDK (Imaging developing kit).

The H263 encoder and decoder are available now as source and object code for evaluation/purchase.
