DV codec for TI C64x platform
High performance DV codec. Both encoder and
decoder are XDAIS compliant for TI C64x (all C64x and
DM64x). They are built as an XDAIS algorithm module, ready to link
into your program. Bitstream are compliant to SMPTE 314M and IEC
61834-2.
DV Encoder for C64x
Target platform:
C64x and DM64x
Program memory: 16
Kbyte
Data memory: 16
Kbyte for data, 64 Kbyte for scratch memory
Typical
performance: a DM642@600MHz could encode 2 NTSC (720x480x30
YUV411) or PAL (720x576x25 YUV420) channels in realtime
Input: YUV411
(NTSC), YUV420 (PAL). Other format are converted externally.
Audio: 48000/2
channels, 44100/2 channels, 32000/4 channels
Additional features: block mode can be DCT88,
DCT248 or adaptive (encoder choose DCT88 or DCT248 for each
block)
